Physical Education

The Physical Education's primary goal is to develop students' fundamental movement skills within a variety of developmentally appropriate games and activities. The program will also enhance students' personal fitness and provides them with the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in a variety of physical activities. Personal and social responsibility, self-directed learning, and problem solving skills are also reinforced throughout the curriculum. 

The overall goal of this program is to enhance students' disposition toward leading a physically active lifestyle.

REMINDER: With the cooler weather approaching, the only sweatshirt permitted to be worn during PE class, is the gray St. Aidan sweatshirt that has no hood.

Starting Nov.1, we will be in our winter uniform, including PE.  The winter uniform consists of blue St. Aidan sweat pants, gray St. Aidan shirt, and gray St. Aidan sweat shirt.
